The McLaren Story Told on Film

On 5 August 2017, McLaren Singapore hosted 150 McLaren owners, media and guests to a private and exclusive screening of “McLaren – Motor Racing’s Greatest Untold Story” at the National Museum of Singapore.

The movie tells an inspirational story of Bruce McLaren, a pioneer who followed his dream and against all odds, led his racing team to greatness. Produced by Matthew Metcalfe (Beyond The Edge, The Free Man) and Fraser Brown (Orphans and Kingdoms), the movie recounts the tale of one of New Zealand’s most treasured sons and the father of Britain’s most cherished motor racing empire, and a compelling ode to never give up on a dream.

The same desire to win in McLaren Racing fuels the creation of the groundbreaking McLaren road cars. Every McLaren car today incorporates race-bred technology, pioneering innovation and McLaren Automotive’s celebrated obsession with detail.

McLaren Singapore is committed to fostering a McLaren community in Singapore for like-minded individuals who share the same passion that Bruce McLaren had towards cars and motor sports.
