Senior PR Manager
Responsibility
Support of Rolls-Royce, Maserati and Porsche Product & Brand Communications including:
o Assist in informing multi-year strategic communication plans for products, including key product updates, model refreshes and new product launches o Create PR briefs and publicity strategy to support marketing campaigns across Bahasa Indonesian and English languages
o Work across the business to create opportunities and ideas that drive extensive stories with various media including automotive, broadcast, business, social, lifestyle media and influencers
o Identify and support stories and opportunities to increase brand exposure to new audiences, including media, influencers, and consumers o Manage and fulfil media requests and deal with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations
o Develop speeches, presentations and content for brand activities o Analyse media coverage, and exceed share of voice KPIs o Ensuring crisis communications protocol are up to date Managing local media and consumers during crises, communicating messages which are effective to turn the situation around as required
Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Public Relations, Marketing or Business Administration
o 5+ years of experience in a PR/ Corporate Communication
o Demonstrated track record in developing and executing communications campaigns that achieve set goals and targets
o Strong knowledge of digital media, current local trends in media consumption, marketing opportunities
o Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong relationships with media
o Ability to influence, negotiate with, and persuade others is required. Must be flexible and demonstrate strong judgment/decision-making skills
o Ability to leverage data and research to drive decision and prioritization around storytelling, including strong product knowledge for Products and competitive vehicles
o Self-starter with proven track record of successfully working with a wide array of functional groups across an organization and cultures as well as working independently
o Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines
o Must have fluent written and spoken English

Assistant Marketing Manager
Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to the front door
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Marketing Manager
Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
- Operational implementation, monitoring and development of the overall Marketing and CRM strategy (all communication channels [including digital] as well as sales related activities) for Porsche dealerships under Eurokars Group
- Liaison with Porsche Indonesia principal for all required updates
- Maintain a strong working relationship with Porsche Indonesia and internal working team
- Develop the marketing strategy (Offline & Online) for Porsche in alignment with Porsche Indonesia requirements and Business plan objectives
- Preparation/Management of all Porsche events in Indonesia, engagement with local Porsche clubs (where available)
- Monitoring of all Porsche artwork and communication collateral against Porsche Corporate Identity (VI)
- Responsible for Sales Literature Planning, Creation, Production/Ordering & Distribution
- Responsible for accurate translation and localizing of content
- Responsible for reporting of activities to management and regular updating of Eurokars Group Website with Porsche Activities on a Monthly Basis
