Job Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Customer Service Officer on day-to-day duties on opening and closing of job cards, collection of payment and ensuring balance of cash / NETS / Visa Collection at the end of the day
- Perform office administration duties such as filing, sorting of documents, photocopying and recording
- Perform simple book-keeping/ accounting duties such as generate tax invoices, balance of daily accounts and tally of cash collections
- Handle customers’ telephone booking for service appointment, customers’ enquiries and/or refer customers to Customer Service Officer or Service Executive when required
- Attend to walk in customers and their enquiries
- Ensure high standards and excellence in customer service
- Manage online booking of service appointments
- Ensure customer service reception is kept clean and tidy
- To assist in maintaining beverages stock level and snack replenishment as and when necessary
- Any other suitable duties as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time
Job Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Min GCE “O” Level and above
- Strong passion in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on weekends and commit to OT
- Positive attitude
