Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Group Managing Director in all assigned duties, including:
- maintain and update filing system
- check and response to Group MD’s emails on her behalf
- manage Group MD’s travel and hotel bookings (inc. changes after office hours)
- handles and screen all incoming calls
- manage appointments and schedule meetings
- taking minutes of meetings
- communicate information to all level of staff on behalf of the Group MD
- manage booking of the meeting rooms for Group MD’s meetings
- collate reports from Motor Traders Association (MTA) and disseminate
- Analysing of data and or reports
- Support marketing activities and provide administrative support to the Marketing Department including assisting in offsite launch events
- Provide secretarial support to the Executive Chairman’s office as and when necessary
- Any other suitable duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or A levels or equivalent and above
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Must be pro-active and able to have good time management
- Able to work independently, excellent interpersonal and communication skills & well organised.
