    Job Responsibilities

    1. Provide support to the Group Managing Director in all assigned duties, including:
    • maintain and update filing system
    • check and response to Group MD’s emails on her behalf
    • manage Group MD’s travel and hotel bookings (inc. changes after office hours)
    • handles and screen all incoming calls
    • manage appointments and schedule meetings
    • taking minutes of meetings
    • communicate information to all level of staff on behalf of the Group MD
    • manage booking of the meeting rooms for Group MD’s meetings
    • collate reports from Motor Traders Association (MTA) and disseminate
    • Analysing of data and or reports
    1. Support marketing activities and provide administrative support to the Marketing Department including assisting in offsite launch events
    2. Provide secretarial support to the Executive Chairman’s office as and when necessary
    1. Any other suitable duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

    Job Requirements

    • Possess a Diploma or A levels or equivalent and above
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
    • Must be pro-active and able to have good time management
    • Able to work independently, excellent interpersonal and communication skills & well organised.
