    Job Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    Group Training / Talent Development

    Analyse role, department, business entity, country and group level learning needs.
    Assess and recommend suitable trainers and vendors.
    Maintain employee training records.
    Plan, arrange and liaise with trainers and vendors on training schedule.
    Liaise with government institutes of learning such as ITE and Polytechnics on industry-wide learning initiatives.
    Communicate course schedule, content and objectives to participants and managers.
    Arrange training logistic requirements.
    Conduct and analyse training evaluation.
    Monitor training budget.
    Apply relevant training grant and monitor approval.

    Payroll

    Responsible to perform and verify the end-to-end payroll operations & transactions, provide directions and be hand-on in running of payroll.
    Ensure accuracies in payroll administration and compliance to legislative requirements, statutory acts a collective agreement.
    Responsible for audit requests by internal and External Auditor, including government agencies matters.
    Ensure timely submission of CPF, government paid claim and income tax filing.
    Introduce process improvements and enhancement to enable effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of payroll operations.
    Play in important role in strong governance, implement the right HR practices.
    Responsible to run monthly payroll reports, reconciliations and ad hoc report.
    Prepare and submit payroll data and reconciliations schedules, manpower budgeting, and timely billings for intercompany recoveries such as secondment arrangement.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree / Diploma preferably in Human Resource Management
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and/or training
    • Good understanding and knowledge of the Employment Act and employment legislations and its applications
    • Possesses high level of conceptual and analytical thinking skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Good spoken & written communication skills
    • Has a positive & resilient attitude
    • Dedicated and dependable to execute projects and tasks
    • Proactive and strong team player with initiative
    • Proficient in MS Office applications; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Experience in Prosoft is a must
