We are searching for a passionate, motivated, and collaborative MINI Genius to join our team. The qualified candidate will be a brand ambassador, spreading excitement and fascination to customers by providing high levels of enthusiasm, customer centricity, personalized service and expert knowledge with all things MINI.
Responsibilities
- Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience building dealer sales loyalty.
- To be a MINI ambassador and provide customers or prospects with information about BMW brand, history and products.
- Be abreast of MINI products and technologies and industry trends to provide high level knowledge for customers and colleagues
- Be up to date on competitor product offerings and technologies to underline the strengths of BMW
- Carry out needs analysis and understand specific interests & preferences of the customers, providing suitable options and using showroom media available to assist in explanation
- Configuring and visualizing the customer’s desired new car and offer personalization options with no sales pressure towards the customer
- To act as a point of initial consultation, and handing over customers to the Sales Consultant seamlessly
- Act as a Product Expert and support Sales Consultants in case of questions (e.g. demonstration and explanation in configuration phase if required)
- Performing test drives with customers and supporting the preparation and upkeep of the demo car fleet
- Preparation and execution of second delivery (such as BMW ConnectedDrive activation, additional explanations and other services)
- Assistance with ad-hoc duties such as journalist test drives and enquiries
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to be exciting, persuasive and have the ability to promote
- Problem solver, selfless and a good team player
- Prior automotive experience will be advantageous
- Proactive, customer centric and adaptable to a spontaneously changing circumstances and fast paced environment
- Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for the MINI brand as well as an affinity for technology
- A valid class 3 driving license
- Comfort in interacting with clients via phone and in-person
