Main Objective
Eurokars Group is seeking a Trainer to support and deliver training initiatives across both Sales and Aftersales functions.
This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment with Principal standards, while enhancing team capability, product knowledge, and customer experience across the retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage training objectives aligned with Principal KPI
• Collaborate with Sales and Aftersales stakeholders to identify training needs and develop structured training roadmaps
• Attend Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and localize content for effective delivery
• Curate, develop, and manage training materials and learning content
• Deliver training through in-person and virtual platforms
• Apply learning principles to improve training effectiveness and business outcomes
• Oversee end-to-end training execution and governance
• Manage mystery shopping initiatives and uphold retail/service standards
• Provide coaching to support staff performance improvement
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Retail Operations
• Experience in both Sales and Aftersales training preferred
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and content development skills
• Ability to translate learning into measurable business impact
• Prior OEM or Principal exposure is advantageous
• Strong passion for automobiles is essential
