Job Summary:
As a Fleet Operations Assistant in Eurokars Leasing, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operations of the fleet management department. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, coordination with rental customers, and assistance in maintaining a well-functioning fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute daily vehicle upkeep to maintain optimal condition, including interior and exterior cleanliness and functionality.
Ensure vehicles are consistently maintained, including regular servicing and repairs.
Handle delivery and collection of vehicles to and from customers promptly and professionally.
Attend to vehicle-related issues such as accidents, replacements, or damages.
Coordinate and arrange for vehicles to be sent for servicing and repairs, while maintaining communication and following up on progress with workshops and external service providers
Communicate with drivers, rental customers, and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive rental experience.
Perform quality control (QC) checks to ensure vehicles meet company standards before delivery to customers.
Keep accurate records of servicing, repairs, and vehicle status updates.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks related to fleet and rental operations as required
Qualifications and Skills:
Able to commit 5.5 day work-week
Hold a valid Singapore driving license with minimum 4 years of driving experience
Previous experience in rental operations, fleet management, or a similar role is preferred.
Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability
