Key responsibilities:
To assist and support Service Advisors with the arrangement of vehicles at DDB (Dialogue Bay). Arrange & park all customer’s appointment/ collection vehicles and assist workshop vehicles with Workshop Controllers/ Supervisors. To support moving vehicles for repair vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller in tracking/monitoring customers’ arrival
Welcomes customers & takes care of/checks customer vehicles and belonging (damages, scratches, …)
Guides customers to the Service Consultant (SC)/ Service Advisor (SA), when SC/SA is not available
Assist to place floor paper mats and seat covers including steering wheel protection on the vehicle at DDB or during collection/ delivery
To support drives/ handing over vehicles to the Service Reception, parking lot, workshop, etc.
Prepares courtesy cars (cleaning, fuel, checking for damage, document check, etc.) & provides them in front of the Porsche Center/ next to the Service Reception
Ensures that vehicles to be worked on are accessible for internal service processes (SC, SA, Technicians, PDI, …)
Handles the return of courtesy cars (damages check, fuel usage, key return, …)
Prepares & send (items)/ or customer delights arranged by SA for customers in the vehicle when delivery
Supporting when picking up/ delivery of the vehicle (Management approval only) to sign all necessary documents for SA with customers
Provides & prepare customer vehicle for pick up in front of the Porsche Center/ DDB at the end of the service process
