Key Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Maintenance & Repairs
Perform comprehensive maintenance, inspections, and repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
Diagnose component wear/tear, repair or replace parts, and verify all vehicle functions/subsystems.
Use checklists, repair instructions, diagnostic tools, and test equipment accurately.
Customer & Quality Focus
Contribute to customer satisfaction through optimal technical solutions on prestige vehicles.
Seek supervisor pre-approval for additional repairs and notify Service Advisors of work interruptions, missing parts, or delays.
Deliver vehicles in perfect condition with attention to detail.
Workshop Standards & Safety
Handle tools, special equipment, and work clothing properly; use resources cost-effectively.
Prepare dismantled, replacement, and warranty parts (cleaned/labelled) for warranty department handover.
Follow waste disposal regulations and accident prevention guidelines; report incidents immediately.
Maintain a safe, organised, and professional workshop environment.
Requirements
Technical training in automotive/industrial technician programs.
Vocational training from automotive dealership or equivalent facility.
Valid Class 3 Driving License.
Senior-level experience working with prestige/luxury vehicles preferred.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with self-motivation to achieve results.
Team player with integrity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn BMW standards.
