Job Summary

Step up as Workshop Executive and lead our skilled technician team while delivering expert diagnostics and repairs on premium vehicles. Reporting to the Workshop/Technical Manager, you'll drive operational excellence, ensure quality standards, and act as key support for management during absences. Perfect for experienced automotive professionals ready for leadership responsibility.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Team & Workshop Leadership

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians, monitoring productivity and efficiency reports.

  • Stand in for HOD during absences and support workshop operations seamlessly.

  • Provide hands-on training for technicians and third parties as required.

Technical Expertise & Repairs

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues across engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and suspension systems.

  • Perform scheduled maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.

  • Ensure all work meets highest quality, safety, and manufacturer standards.

Compliance & Coordination

  • Liaise with government bodies (NEA, LTA, VICOM, STA) on homologation matters.

  • Coordinate with Principal on technical warranty, product quality issues, recalls, and service information.

  • Support CSO in resolving customer complaints and technical feedback.

Management Support

  • Maintain detailed repair and maintenance records using diagnostic tools.

  • Assist with incentive programs for CSO and technicians.

  • Prepare management reports and support Aftersales Manager initiatives.

  • Stay current with automotive technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 3 Singapore Driver's License.

  • Minimum 5 years automotive repair experience in similar role.

  • Strong diagnostic skills across major vehicle systems with proficiency in automotive tools.

  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent customer service mindset and safety commitment.

  • Experience with government compliance and principal coordination preferred.

  • Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents preferred.
