The Grand Opening of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Service Shanghai Pudong

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Shanghai Pudong launched its new state-of-the-art Aftersales Centre in Pudong, Shanghai with a grand opening ceremony that took place on 14 October 2019. Located in Kangqiao Town, an approximately 40-minute drive from the Lujiazui Financial Centre in Pudong, the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Service Shanghai Pudong reflects the brand new design concept of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Shanghai Pudong is the second joint venture between Eurokars Group and EuroStar Co. Ltd after Rolls-Royce Motor Cars (Nanning).

The event was attended by Senior Management representatives from Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Greater China, EuroStar Co. Ltd and Eurokars Group including Mr Karsono Kwee, Executive Chairman of Eurokars Group; Mr James Hartono, Founder of Shanghai Eurostar Co. Ltd; Mr Herbert Kwee, CEO of Eurokars Group Indonesia; Ms Ong Lay Ling, Group Managing Director of Eurokars Group; Mr Eric Lee, Automotive Divisional Director and General Manager or Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Shanghai Pudong and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars (Nanning); Mr Leon Li, Regional Director of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Greater China, and Ms Susan Shi, Aftersales Director of Rolls Royce Motor Cars in Greater China.

Following a welcome address by Mr James Hartono, Founder of Shanghai Eurostar Co. Ltd, the facility was declared officially open via a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Subsequently, Mr Xue Qianmu, Sales Manager of Rolls Royce Motor Cars Shanghai Pudong, introduced the members of his sales team. He also provided an overview of the facilities at the new Aftersales Centre and assured the customers among the audience that they would be treated to exceptional levels of customer service which is supported by qualified technicians who would ensure the efficient and reliable servicing and maintenance of all Rolls-Royce vehicles.

The guests were then led on a tour of the facility to derive first-hand insights into the amenities that are available at the new Aftersales Centre. The staff were on hand to address their questions and provide detailed information which enhanced their understanding of the level and quality of aftersales service and support that all Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Shanghai Pudong customers could anticipate and expect.

The event culminated in a special delivery ceremony which marked the unveiling of new Rolls-Royce cars to their owners for the first time. To commemorate the occasion, Mr Leon Li, Regional Director of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Greater China, presented them with mementoes which included a Baccarat whiskey cup and a special plaque with their palms imprinted on it.
