SECURITY POLICY STATEMENT

Eurokars Group is one of the leading automotive groups in Singapore and Indonesia, managing the distribution of notable marques including Rolls-Royce, Porsche, Maserati, McLaren, BMW, MINI, Mazda and MG. Our vision is to be a leading, customer -oriented and well –diversified distributor of premium automobile brands in the region.

Security is one of the vital elements for the Eurokars Group to realise our vision and meet our business objectives, and we are committed to safeguarding our employees, properties, assets, information and reputation, and those of our stakeholders, against risks and threats to safety and security arising from our business operations in all regions.

Security Objectives

• Provide and maintain a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors, such as customers, suppliers and contractors, in relation to our business activities.
• Create a secure business environment for all aspects of our operations, such as physical security of our assets and properties, information and information technology security and protection of personal data.
• Safeguard the reputation of the Eurokars Group and the marques we represent.
• Minimise business disruption and economic loss.
• Compliance with internal security standards and applicable laws and regulations, including customs regulations and personal data protection laws.

Security Principles

• Incident prevention must always be the first priority.
• Every employee must be vigilant and proactive with regard to issues of safety and security in all our business activities, and not just the areas directly relating to their work.
• Adequate and timely dissemination of information relating to safety and security.
• Implementation and regular assessment and validation of the Group’s safety and security protocols, policies and procedures that are appropriate for our business.
• Implementation of a proper training and retraining program for employees in the Group’s safety and security protocols, policies and procedures

TRADE COMPLIANCE POLICY STATEMENT

As a responsible member of the global marketplace, the Eurokars Group is committed to complying with all applicable Singapore and international laws and regulations relating to import and export controls, particularly all applicable regulations, terms and conditions under or relating to any approval, permission, scheme or license granted by the Singapore Customs to the Eurokars Group. We recognise that there can be serious consequences for the Eurokars Group and our employees if there is any breach or violation of such regulations, terms and conditions, including but not limited to financial penalties, criminal sanctions, withdrawal of license(s) or permission(s) and reputational damage.
