ALL-NEW MG4 EV

MG will be introducing two all-new models at the Singapore Motorshow this year; the much anticipated fully electric all-new MG4 EV and the all-new MG ZS EV. These new models reflect a further expansion of the MG product range in Singapore, ensuring that there will be an MG model to match every lifestyle and need.

Visitors to the show this year will be treated to an amazing display of five cars including a classic MGB GT, the award winning MG HS Exclusive, MG5 EV, as well as the all-new MG4 EV and the all-new MG ZS EV.

ALL-NEW MG4 EV

Built on an all-new platform, the MG4 EV represents the first of a new generation of MG electric vehicles and marks an exciting chapter in the MG story. Reflecting significant innovations in design, driving performance, environmental friendliness and overall premium feel, the all-new MG4 EV will thrill buyers at first sight.

With 250Nm of instant torque, a WLTP range of 450km and the ability to charge up in as little as 35mins, the all-new MG4 EV will be an extremely exciting option for those switching to an EV for the first time, or upgrading from another. The all-new MG4 EV comes with a rear-wheel drive and features a 50:50 weight distribution for more stable and sportier handling.

MG Pilot, MG’s proprietary suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems will come as standard with the all-new MG4 EV and coupled with an NCAP 5 star rating, will offer greater peace of mind and confidence on every drive. The all-new MG4 EV also supports Vehicle to Load charging capabilities, allowing owners to use the vehicle to power various gadgets for a trip outdoors and providing the unparalleled freedom and convenience of having power at hand.

MG’s sporting genes are reflected in the new design language, with the sharp contours and clean lines lending it a striking and sporty form.  At the front, the MG4 EV features a muscular bumper with vertical side air intakes, a split lower air intake, and a lip spoiler.

At the rear, the all-new MG4 EV features a hunkered-down stance, a large, almost fullwidth LED tail light with a Patterned Rear Light Bar and Twin Aero Rear spoiler.

The Active Grille System, the Twin Aero Rear Spoiler and added Aero Wheel Covers not only further enhance its aesthetics, but more importantly, serve to improve the overall vehicle aerodynamics and performance.  The Active Grille System controls and adjusts airflow according to vehicle requirements. In normal driving conditions, the shutters remain closed to so as to improve aerodynamic performance, leading to reduced power consumption and increased range.

The cabin in the MG4 EV is an inviting space for both driver and passengers, with thoughtful space planning and use of quality soft touch finishings as well as amenities such as a wireless mobile phone charger and USB ports for added convenience. A wide body, long 2,705mm wheelbase and 110mm ultra-thin battery are optimally arranged to spacious interior that seats up to 5 adult occupants comfortably.

Standard features include 17” alloy wheels with Aero Wheel Covers; Projector LED Headlights with Integrated LED Daytime Running Lights; Premium 6 speaker audio system with 3D surround sound; a 10.25” colour touchscreen with Apple CarPlay^TM and Android Auto^TM; and electric folding and heated door mirrors.

The car will come with a black leather interior and six exterior color options; Volcano Orange, Dynamic Red, Arctic White, Camden Grey, Holborn Blue and Black Pearl.

The MG4 EV will retail at $82,888, without Certificate of Entitlement (COE). Additional Motorshow-only specials are also available, prospective customers can enquire on-site. ALL-NEW MG ZS EV

The all-new MG ZS EV is a reinvention of our most popular EV. With a higher battery capacity of 51kWh fed to a front-mounted electric motor which delivers 280Nm of instant torque, an improved WLTP range of 320km and a brand new look, the new MG ZS EV will continue to be a firm favourite within the MG range.

The all-new MG ZS EV charges to 80% in 40mins and even offers Vehicle to Load charging capabilities for the first time; allowing families to enjoy the freedom to go anywhere in an electric car. In addition, the combination of spacious and practical design with a clean, efficient and dynamic electric powertrain provides customers with a stress-free driving experience, making it an ideal vehicle for busy families and those who value practicality.

Boasting a generous shoulder, leg and headroom, it also features a substantial, and fullsized boot. In the cabin, the Panoramic Sunroof further expands the space, allowing all occupants a more immersive view of the environment.

MG’s proprietary suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems also comes as standard, and encompasses features such as Active Emergency Braking with Pedestrian and Bicycle Detection, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Traffic Jam Assist, Intelligent Speed Limit Assist with Traffic Sign Recognition, Adaptive Cruise Control, Intelligent High Beam Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert for added peace of mind.

The all-new MG ZS EV will also come with a host of other features such as an all-digital virtual display, 360 degree camera, wireless mobile phone charger and rear air con vents as standard.

Customers will also enjoy the latest generation of MG’s responsive infotainment system which comprises an 10.1” colour touchscreen featuring Apple CarPlay^TM and Android Auto^TM, connectivity.
