Eurokars Group Celebrates MG’s 100th Anniversary with Unveiling of Futuristic Electric Vehicles at Singapore Motorshow 2024

Eurokars Group, commemorating the 100^th anniversary of Morris Garages (MG), proudly presents a remarkable showcase at the Singapore Motorshow 2024, unveiling two groundbreaking electric vehicles – the all-new MG Cyberster and the luxurious MG M9 EV.

Hosted by Mr. Kasono Kwee, Executive Chairman of Eurokars Group, the event was graced by members of the automotive press, marking a momentous centennial milestone in MG’s history. Eurokars Group is committed to continue introducing innovative and captivating vehicles to MG’s distinguished lineup locally.

The star of the showcase, the all-new MG Cyberster, pays homage to MG’s iconic history while embracing an exciting future. Featuring a futuristic design that echoes the spirit of classic MG models like the MG B GT and the MG Midget, this EV sports car stands as a testament to the brand’s evolution. Built on the brand’s Modular Scalable Platform, the Cyberster boasts a driver centric layout and three digital infotainment displays, offering seamless vehicle control. With a remarkable 536 hp generated by dual electric motors, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. The Cyberster’s sleek silhouette, complemented by an electric roof opening in 10 seconds, captures attention, but its fully automatic scissor doors steal the spotlight, highlighting its technological prowess and design innovation.

Accompanying the Cyberster is the MG M9 EV, an all-electric MPV epitomising sophistication and luxury. The vehicle’s interior radiates opulence, particularly in the middle row, where plush all leather seats rival top-tier business class comfort. Passengers enjoy control over windows and seats via touchscreens, a panoramic roof providing a stunning view, hidden tray tables, ventilated seats, and an 8-setting massage function for unparalleled comfort during every journey.
