    Job Responsibilities

    To play a key role in the marketing aspects for the MINI brand in Singapore and increasing brand and product awareness through developing strategies that match customer / prospects requirements to ensure increased existing customer loyalty and attract conquest customers.

    Supporting role in establishing the marketing strategy for the dealership

    • Assist in developing a consistent marketing strategy and planning based on agreed target audience with Dealer principal and Marketing Manager
    • Ensure agreed action plans are implemented accordingly to achieve short and long-term marketing objectives for the dealership

    Observes the market and assist in planning, developing and executing marketing activities and campaigns

    • Coordinates marketing initiatives and events on an annual or ad hoc basis
    • Coordinates potential marketing opportunities across dealership departments
    • Ensures marketing communications are in line with MINI CI and approved by the Brand Principal
    • Coordinates with BMW and MINI brand departments on brand and product events
    • Analyse competitor’s activities and campaigns

    Steers and controls operational management, manage inventory   

    • Monitor on-going marketing spend / invoicing against allocated budget
    • Provide post campaign /event reports to Brand Principal and Management
    • Manage and update all dealership marketing collaterals
    • Responsible for stock inventory of marketing merchandise

    Acts as a contact person for internal and external partners

    • Coordinate all marketing matters with all internal and external stakeholders including coordination with agencies and vendors for development, production, and post campaign/ event compilation of CRM related collaterals, web pages, and other related materials

    Coordinates PR initiatives and activities

    • Assist in press related topics and activities, including coordination of media test drives and news clippings’ consolidation etc

    Job Requirements

    Qualification

    • Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or any related field
    • Possess a valid Class 3 /3A driving license
    • Passion in the MINI brand

    Professional experience

    • At least year(s) of working experience in related field
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Project management, facilitation skills and event management skills
    • Understanding of digital marketing
    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
