    Job Responsibilities

    • Handling the daily appointment booking customers and providing quality service to all customers
    • Ensure that all customers’ issues reported are resolved effectively and promptly
    • To handle customers’ enquiries on service, repairs, and insurance claims
    • Engaging customers to promote products and services
    • Work closely with workshop to ensure that all customers’ issues and address promptly
    • Monitor and track to ensure sure of proper follow up for all customers
    • Ensure that all repair orders and invoices are administered promptly
    • To monitor own backorder parts movement and to follow up with customers on status of the orders
    • At all times, to ensure superior customer service skills are adopted for every customer
    • Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
    • Provide advice and support to the respective team members in daily operations
    • Identifying any area of improvement and gaps in operations as well as the individual team members
    • Handling escalations from team members or any task assignments promptly and efficiently.
    • Track and monitor the Customer Service Index and ensure that the Center meets the target set
    • Assisting with overseeing the daily service operations to ensure the smooth running of operations
    • To identify any area of improvement in the day-to-day operations and suggest, if requires streamline process if needed
    • Ensuring continuous effort to improve customer service level, enhancing product knowledge through self enhancement
    • Supporting Aftersales, Marketing and Sales events with positive participation in achieving the departments and company’s objectives

    Job Requirements

    • Min O levels, preferably with NITEC 2/3 with some technical experience in motor vehicle
    • Diploma holders with mechanical / technical knowledge will also be considered
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
    • Experience in customer service industry is essential
    • Possess class 3 driving licence
