Job Responsibilities
Main Purpose of Job:
To ensure customers are attended to and acknowledged when the Service Advisors are not available immediately. Her/his role is to support the job of the Service Advisors in the daily workforce. To arrange all customer’s appointment booking and workshop capacity planning together with Workshop Controllers/Supervisors. To support in filling / archiving and documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller/ Supervisors on daily throughputs and workshop capacity .
- Answering phone calls and attending to walk-in customer’s inquiries. According to Porsche standard procedure and guidelines
- Prepare daily customer appointment sheets for the SA’s and Workshop controllers/Supervisors in advance and forward information to the respective department.
- Collection of payments from customers on repair bills and spare parts purchases. According to company policy on payment matters.
- Ensure proper filing of completed job cards and invoices into their respective history files and archiving digitally.
- To assist Service Advisor and ensure that customers received the SSS survey form accordingly after the servicing or repair of their cars.
- Assist the Workshop Administrator in the arrangement of informing customers about their extended warranty inspections and booking for the necessary inspections.
- Ensure that the customer reception and waiting area are clean and tidy at all times and that the new PDS/TEQ catalogs and brochures are displayed and updated.
Job Requirements
- To carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse people groups
- Polished, articulate and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
- Prior experience in the automotive, airline, retail sales or service industry will be an added advantage
